Should you have a concern please contact your child's class teacher initially via Class Dojo or Tapestry to arrange a telephone conversation or face to face meeting. They will strive to contact you within 24 hours.
If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response we have a rigorous complaints' procedure. Formal complaints will always follow the Complaints Policy. Formal and informal opportunities for feedback from both pupil and parents are central to our self-evaluation work.
