At St Thomas More, every child is on a mathematical journey that encourages them to think independently and raise questions about working mathematically and the knowledge and skills that it brings.
We celebrate maths every day by promoting a love of the subject with staff planning and teaching lessons that develop a child’s passion for the subject. The use of mathematical apps such as Times Tables Rock Stars and IXL promote children practising their maths skills at home and allow parents/carers to see what their children are doing in class.
