Welcome to our Class page
Welcome to year 3. Mrs Grove is the class teacher and Mrs Phillips is the Teaching assistant. Our class is also supported by the amazing 'Rainbow Room' team.
Children will need to learn their 3 times tables, along with the inverse, so division facts. We would expect the children to read at home every day. Please ensure that your child fills in their reading record book and you sign it. The children need to have their reading record book signed, so that the children can change their book on a Monday and Thursday. Please ask your children a range of questions about the book to ensure they have fully understood it. For example, questions where they can find the answer (eg. Where did X go after they had been shopping?) and also questions that require the children to form their own opinions (eg. Who was your favourite character and why?)
Please ensure that you upload any homework that you wish to share on class dojo, also check for messages on their too for any update on homework.
