Welcome to our class page
Hello and welcome to the Year 2 class page!
The Year 2 class teachers are Miss Giddings and Mrs MacFarlane.
Here you will be able to have an insight into what we get up to in our wonderful class.
We have three main topics that we base our curriculum around: ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’, ‘Step Back In Time’ and ‘Colourful Cultures’. Within these 3 topics, our class focuses are Superheroes, The Great Fire of London and Australia. The children are immersed into each topic with an exciting topic launch where we ignite their imagination in each area. This is accompanied by fun trips and visits throughout the school year.
